Often referred to as a serial entrepreneur, Bettina Rogers-Mallett is the visionary Founder and CEO behind the SACC Brand, established in 2023. Married to Dismond Mallett and the proud mother of three sons—Ricky, Marcus, and Darren—she is also a grandmother to fifteen, proudly stating, “This is my motivation.”
Bettina’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2000 with the launch of Purity Hair Salon, which she successfully operated for over two decades. Her passion for branding and community connection soon evolved into Mallett Marketing Solutions, a full-service marketing and public relations firm that has supported numerous influencers, public figures, and celebrities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and beyond.
Her marketing success opened doors to a new calling—adult education and workforce development. Determined to empower underserved individuals and at-risk youth, Bettina began developing trade programs through city-level and government-funded partnerships, leading to the creation of the San Antonio Career Center (SACC) in 2022.
The SACC Brand offers a range of high-demand, career-focused training programs including Certified Nurse Aide, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomy, Medical Billing and Coding, Cybersecurity, IT, Fiber Optic Technician, and AI Consultant. These programs equip students with the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving job market.
In 2023, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Careers and Colleges officially approved SACC’s first campus on the West Side of San Antonio. By 2024, overwhelming community demand led to two additional locations—one on the East Side of San Antonio and another in DeSoto, Texas, serving the educational and employment needs of Dallas County’s underserved residents.
Bettina’s exceptional leadership and measurable outcomes have drawn the attention of political leaders and Workforce Solutions executive teams alike. Through her Department of Labor (DOL) Apprenticeship Partnership, SACC ensures that graduates secure sustainable-wage employment opportunities, bridging the gap between education and long-term economic independence.
As an approved Prometric testing site, SACC not only serves its own students but also provides state testing access for the entire San Antonio community—removing barriers and creating greater accessibility for all.
Extending her mission beyond education, Bettina also founded the SACC Foundation, LLC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designed to deliver wrap-around support services, ensuring every participant has the resources and stability necessary to complete training and achieve lasting success.
Looking ahead, Bettina’s ambitious plan for 2026 includes expanding the SACC Brand nationwide, with new trade school campuses in Michigan, Mississippi, and California—continuing her lifelong mission to Educate, Employ, and Empower communities across the country.
