Lemon Ricotta Waffles

  • 1 Quart- Liquid Measure of Waffle Batter
  • ½ cup of Ricotta
  • 3 tablespoon of Lemon Juice Lemon Zest
  • ½ Cup of Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup of Sugar


  • Whisk ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Heat over buttered skillet until bubbly on one side then flip.
  • Cook other side until brown.
  • Add butter and syrup to your liking and serve warm.
