Recipe:
- 1 Quart- Liquid Measure of Waffle Batter
- ½ cup of Ricotta
- 3 tablespoon of Lemon Juice Lemon Zest
- ½ Cup of Butter
- 2 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup of Sugar
Method:
- Whisk ingredients together in mixing bowl.
- Heat over buttered skillet until bubbly on one side then flip.
- Cook other side until brown.
- Add butter and syrup to your liking and serve warm.
