ELEVATED SOUTHERN STEAKHOUSE WINSOME PRIME NOW OPEN IN TRINITY GROVES

By: Leah Frazier

The award-winning hospitality veterans behind Houston’s popular spot, The Warwick Houston Restaurant, has opened its first concept in Dallas’ popular Trinity Groves neighborhood called Winsome Prime. Winsome Prime brings an elevated approach of New American Fare, rooted with Southern influence, with a large focus on prime steaks. The full-service restaurant is now open in the former Network Bar
space, at 331 Singleton Blvd.

“We were drawn to the Dallas metroplex due to its sophistication and attention to detail in its culinary and craft cocktail scene,” said co-owner Rob Wright. “Guests can expect the superb culinary experience we are known for in Houston, but with an innovative approach to the dishes that have evolved with our brand.”

Winsome Prime is also the new name for the Houston location, which has hosted a number of celebrities and athletes such as Shaquille O’Neil, Travis Scott, Bun B, NFL Hall of Famers Terrell Owens, Andre Johnson, and a number of local politicians and state representatives. The Warwick Houston Restaurant was founded in April 2022 by restaurateurs Rob Wright, Mazen Baltagi, Steve Rogers, and Kurt-
Ogechi Agomuo – all known for their award-winning concepts like sports bars, cafes, and private event venues. As they began to explore expansion of the Winsome brand, Dallas was their natural next choice.

At the helm of the kitchen is the group’s culinary director, Jabril Riddick, who has worked on the menu to include many of their favorites, with the addition of more steak-forward offerings. Overall, the menu presents a cajun twist to many beloved Southern dishes. Guests can now dine on a variety of favorites like the Hawaiian Ribeye, Snapper Orleans, Collard Green Risotto, Chicken Royale, along with a few new
sushi offerings.

Winsome Prime will be known for its seamless transition from dining to lounging with a vibrant bar area and music. The cocktail menu is currently designed to complement the menu’s unique offerings and the creativity draws guests in further for pre or post dinner drinks and comradery.

Winsome Prime is open for Mother’s Day reservations, where guests can dine during dinner service. Moms who come will also receive
complimentary roses and champagne.
