Miss Malia Johnson, daughter of Lance and Catherine Johnson, was crowned 2025 Na onal American Miss North Texas Pre-Teen
Queen at the state pageant held June 19-21 at the beau ful Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria Hotel in Houston, Texas. She received
her Official State Crown, Banner and Trophy. She also received a special invita on to compete at the Na onal Pageant held during
Thanksgiving Week in Orlando, Florida. At the pageant she also received:

The Na onal American Miss Pageants are dedicated to celebra ng the poten al of today’s girls and the vision of tomorrow’s
women. Each year, Na onal American Miss awards more than 1.5 million dollars in cash, scholarships, and prizes to recognize and
support the growth and development of young women na onwide.
Na onal American Miss is commi ed to helping par cipants become the best version of themselves through a program that is
age-appropriate, inclusive, and family-oriented. Pageants are held in each state for girls and women ages 4 to 39, across seven age
divisions. To encourage a healthy self-image, makeup is not permi ed in any of our Junior Divisions.
Na onal American Miss is for Today’s Girl and Tomorrow’s Leaders. The program emphasizes inner beauty, personal development,
and self-expression, all within an encouraging environment that celebrates the All-American Spirit of fun, family, and friendship.
Par cipants gain self-confidence, build valuable life skills, develop a posi ve approach to compe on, and are inspired to set and
achieve meaningful goals.
The pageant recognizes each par cipant’s achievements while encouraging con nued growth, leadership, and service. It prepares
girls and women not only to shine on stage, but to thrive in life.
Miss Malia Johnson’s ac vi es include Girl Scouts, theater, modeling, basketball, cross country and par cipa ng in local
community service projects.
